These stockings can be worn as part of the use of a surgical knife with certain precautions*.
These products do not contain any metal wires liable to interfere with a magnetic field.
In the event of use of an electrosurgical knife, it is recommended that a sock be worn rather than a stocking in order to keep the device away from the knife.
The sock must is far enough away to ensure it does not come into contact with the plate or electrodes of the electrosurgical knife.
Indications:
15-20 mmHg/Class 2:
Heavy legs.
Restless legs.
Evening oedema.
Telangiectasia or reticular veins (< 3 mm).
Following sclerotherapy for telangiectasia or reticular veins (< 3 mm).
Following sclerotherapy or surgery for varicose veins (≥ 3 mm).
Varicose veins (≥ 3 mm).
Prevention of venous thrombosis in pregnant women or post-partum.
Prevention of venous thrombosis during long journeys.
Treatment of lymphoedema (maintenance phase).
